Several years ago a publication called PC World had an article about pc’s and support. If I recall correctly it evaluated a number of PC manufacturers and their support policies. As you might expect some manufacturers fared better than others in various categories. Performance was addressed as was reliability. Today a large number of the companies whom had products evaluated are gone. While others are still here producing pc’s and hawking other items like TV’s, projectors and networking components, stereo’s and screen doors. One item in the article that stood out said something like this: “A computer is a computer, nearly anyone can build one and performance among them is nearly identical. But, it matters not the price you pay but, the quality of service you receive after buying should be your prime concern.” That statement was as true then as it is today. Many manufacturers and their sales outlets are experts at selling an inexpensive pc but, service well, ask your knowledgeable friends. TENEXES may not sell the cheapest pc’s around but, they are reliable, work for years. We provide fast quality service with a repair time nearly always less then 24 hours on the rare occasions it’s needed. It’s been nearly 17 years since I started the business. We rely on our current customers and friends to refer us to their friends for quality products, fast service and fair prices. That philosophy has served us, our customers and friends well, in fact so well that we need not use the internet to market our products. 17 Years and still going. This proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that quality products and competitive pricing are important but, the most important thing is service.
